Our first stop will be the fish market, we will be able to see how the fishermen bring the fish over the shore, where we might see a 500 pounds marlin, or a giant tuna, you will not believe the prices of seafood, after this we will visit the boatyard so we will witness how the wooden fishing boats are build, now it is time to visit the howler monkeys home in Pacoche, we will drive 36km south, in here we will be seeing many different species of birds and other wildlife so keep your camera ready to shoot, coffee plants, toquilla palm trees and the tagua palm tree are some of the vegetation we will be able to see and learn from, our next stop will be "Montecristi";This town is located 15 minutes from Manta, known by the Montecristi hats or Panama hats. This city has become an icon for Ecuadorians, many visitors come to see how the "Montecristi" hats are made in Ecuador and we will witness this process as well be part of it; also we will visit Ciudad Alfaro, a complex that was built in order to honor our ex president Eloy Alfaro, who regardless of being a wealthy man, he fought agains the inequality in 1895, and where we signed our last constitution in 2008.
