Policy of cancellation

 
Cancellations & Refunds: 
Cancellations can be done at anytime, however, there is a time frame they will be accepted. 
 
Refunds:
You are entitle to full refunds when the ship does not dock into port or if you cancelled 48 hours prior the tour. 
For customized tours, you can cancel and get a full refund on cancellations being done 5 work days prior the tour, in some cases 10% administration fees might be applied. 
 
 
Bookings and start time:
 
Bookings can be accepted one day before the tour, we try to be organized so we need time to make sure we can comply to our customers, also some of the destinations need reservation. 
 
We will adjust the start time to be able to accommodate our customers, we are aware of late arrivals by flights, or cruise ships that visit Manta, so we do not have any problems to accommodate you, no matter if you have a few hours to visit Manta, we will find the way to make it work.
